James Tanner turkey meatballs recipe for American Independence Day on Lorraine

James Tanner and Jimmy Doherty served up a tasty American Independence Day-inspired turkey meatballs on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: Oil, for frying, 1 small onion, finely diced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, Zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 350g turkey mInce, 1 egg, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 100g fresh breadcrumbs, 1 head gem lettuce, 180g frozen broad beans, shelled, 160g feta cheese, crumbled, 6 mint leaves, torn, salt and black pepper.
