Joe Wicks served up his tasty body coach’s post workout brunch of OMG French toast and Chunky Monkey smoothie on This Morning.

The ingredients for the French toast: 1 egg, ¼ ground cinnamon, 1tsb vanilla extract, 1 thick slice of white bread, crusts removed, ½ tbsp coconut oil, 1 banana, sliced, to serve small handful of blueberries and Maple syrup, to serve.

Chunky monkey smoothie: ½ banana, peeled and roughly chopped, ½ tbsp cacao powder, 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter, 250ml almond milk, 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder and 2 tsp sesame seeds.
