Joe’s turkey and pineapple fried rice recipe on This Morning

Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, make a tasty and healthy turkey and pineapple fried rice dish on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1tbsp coconut oil, 3 spring onions, 2 garlic cloves crushed, 2 turkey breasts, 1 handful of tender stem broccoli, 1/2 a fresh chilli, finely chopped, 1 packet brown ready rice, 3 tbsp water, 1 fresh pineapple, 1 handful of spinach, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
