John Torode roast lamb fritters with creamed spinach and veg recipe On This Morning

John Torode served up tasty roast lamb fritters with creamed spinach and vegetables using Sunday lunch leftovers On This Morning.

The ingredients for the lamb fritters are: 500g roast lamb, fat trimmed off and diced into pieces the size of your thumb, 1 small onion, finely diced, 300g self-raising flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 350ml cold water, vegetable oil for frying and freshly ground black pepper.

For the vegetables: 300gr sprouting broccoli, 2 washed and leeks sliced into rings, 200g frozen peas, tablespoon of mint sauce, 40g butter, Salt and fresh ground pepper.
