John Whaite flambéed bananas recipe on Chopping Block

John Whaite served up delicious flambéed bananas with caramel sauce on Chopping Block Cooker School with Rosemary Shrager.

The ingredients are: 2 bananas, 1 tbsp rum, 1 tbsp quantro and 40 ml double cream.

For the sauce: 75g sugar and 40g unsalted butter.
