James Tanner sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up a delicious sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 160g dried dates stones removed, 300ml water, 2 tsp bicarbonate soda, 160g soft butter, 200g dark brown soft sugar, 2 large eggs and 200g self raising flour.
