The ingredients are: 600mls milk, Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated, 100g grated bitter chocolate, 4 tbsp chocolate spread, 4 hot cross buns, sliced in half, 4 egg yolks, 75g caster sugar, ½ tsp grated nutmeg and Vanilla ice cream and thick cream to serve.
