Nadia Sawalha served up a tasty gluten-free pizza on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the base: 750g cauliflower, 100g ground almonds, 2 eggs, beaten, ½ tbsp (7.5ml) olive oil, Pinch sea salt, Freshly ground black pepper.
For the topping: 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 tbsp tomato puree and 400g can chopped tomatoes.
