Jimmy Doherty make delicious Mozzarella cheese using his own DIY cheese maker on Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast.

The ingredients for the Mozzarella are: 200ml bottled water (the chlorine in tap water will stop the rennet working), 1 ½ tsp citric acid, 1/4 tsp liquid rennet, 2.5l whole milk and ½ tsp salt.
