John Whaite squash and Stilton filo pie recipe on Lorraine

John Whaite makes a tasty vegetarian squash and Stilton filo pie for the festive season on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 3 sheets filo pastry, thawed if frozen, 50g unsalted butter, melted, 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, de-seeded and chopped into 2cm dice, Oil, Sea salt flakes, Coarse black pepper, 300g baby leaf rocket, ½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg, 75g walnuts, roughly chopped, 100g Saint Agur cheese, 2 large eggs, 4tbsp cranberry sauce and 200g frozen cranberries.
