Chris Bevan showed Angela and Richard how to make tandoori chicken skewers as party of their Christmas party food offering that comes in much cheaper than the shop brought variety on Eat Well for Less?

The ingredients are: 450g chicken thigh fillets, trimmed of fat and each one cut into 4 strips, 75g plain yoghurt, 2 tbsp tikka spice curry blend, small bunch fresh coriander, chopped (optional) and lime wedges, to serve.
