Angela Hartnett served up a tasty whole salt-baked sea bass with crispy potatoes and chorizo as an alternative to turkey at Christmas on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 whole sea bass, 1-1.5kg in size gutted and de-scaled, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 clove garlic and handful fresh basil.
For the salt crust: 4 large egg whites, 400g coarse sea salt and Zest of one lemon.
For the sautéed potatoes: Splash olive oil, 750 g potatoes, peeled and diced into 2cm cubes, 1 bunch of rosemary, 4 garlic cloves, skin on, roughly crushed and 100 g chorizo sausages, sliced.
