Ainsley Harriott pork escalope with beetroot recipe on Len and Ainsley’s Big Food Adventure

Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty pan fried pork escalope in beetroot and dill sauce for Len Goodman on Len and Ainsley’s Big Food Adventure.

Ainsley’s recipe was influenced by Polish cuisine after being impressed with a Polish meal he and Len shared in the city of Birmingham.

Ainsley says: “This dish represents the Polish people of the city of Birmingham.”
