Mary Berry Three tier white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake recipe on The Great British Bake Off Masterclass 2015

Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood shows ho to make a delicious Three-tier white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake using Mary’s recipe on The Great British Bake Off Masterclass 2015.

Mary says: “If you want a dessert for a large party, then look no further. This pretty triple cheesecake can be made in advance and decorated on the day.”

The ingredients for the cheesecake base: 150g butter, 75g dark chocolate and 700g shortbread biscuits.

For the filling: 900g white chocolate, broken into pieces, 1.2kg full-fat cream cheese, 6 free-range eggs, 450ml soured cream, 1 tbsp vanilla extract and 450g fresh raspberries.

For the decoration, 200g raspberries, 1 tsp icing sugar, plus extra for dusting, 300ml double cream and 50g white chocolate.
