Mary Berry black forest gâteau recipe on the Great British Bake Off Masterclass

Mary Berry make a delicious black Forest gâteau on the Great British Bake Off Masterclass 2015.

The ingredients are: 6 large free-range eggs, 150g caster sugar, 100g self-raising flour, sifted and 50g cocoa powder, sifted.

For the filling and topping: 2 x 390g jars black cherries in kirsch (500g drained weight), 2 heaped tbsp cornflour and 750ml pint double cream, whipped.

For the decoration: 150g white chocolate, 250g plain chocolate (about 46% cocoa solids) and 24 fresh cherries with stalks.
