James Tanner Pork chops with roast pears recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up a tasty pork chops with roast pears on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 4 medium thick pork chops, 600g sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges, 3 firm pears, cut into wedges, 1 large red onion, cut into wedges, 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 tbsp olive oil, Salt and ground black pepper, 3 tbsp clear honey, 4 medium thick pork chops, 2 tbsp mustard or applesauce, or pesto of choice, 100g breadcrumbs, 6 tbsp sage, shredded and 80g feta cheese.
