John Whaite chocolate truffles recipe on Lorraine

John Whaite served up delicious chocolate caramel truffles and white chocolate and coconut truffles on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients for chocolate and caramel truffles: 375g good quality 70% dark chocolate, 50g unsalted butter, 250ml double cream and 200g caster sugar, to make the caramel.

For white chocolate and coconut truffles: 500g white chocolate, 175ml double cream, 40g unsalted butter and Desiccated coconut, for dusting.
