Antonio’s ricotta and Lemon tart with Italian cedro lemons recipe on The Two Greedy Italians

Antonio Carluccio served up a delicious ricotta and lemon tart with Italian cedro lemons served with pears on The Two Greedy Italians.

The ingredients for the pastry: 1 x 400g ready-made puff pastry, plain flour, for dusting and 1 lemon, finely grated zest only.

For the filling: 300g ricotta cheese, 200g mascarpone cheese, 200g candied peel, roughly chopped, 125g caster sugar and 6 free-range eggs, separated.
