Two Greedy Italians ragu alla Napoletana with sausages and pasta recipe

Antonio Carluccio and Gennaro Contaldo served up a tasty Italian ragu with sausages, pork and pasta dish in Italy, on the Two Greedy Italians.

The ingredients are: 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 500g topside of beef, chopped into medium-sized pieces, 500g pork ribs, 200g Italian pork sausages, 2 tbsp tomato purée, diluted in 100ml red wine, 3 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes, handful fresh basil leaves, salt and freshly ground black pepper and pasta or bread, to serve.
