Joe Wicks Body Coach lean in 15 steak salad recipe on This Morning

Joe Wicks (aka The Body Coach) served up a lean in 15 dish of Mexican steak salad on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 400g sirloin steak, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 200g tenderstem broccoli, 1 packet of microwaveable rice, 1 red chilli, sliced, 1 yellow and red pepper, chopped, Large handful of juicy tomatoes, ½ Cucumber, chopped, Large handful of coriander, chopped and 1 tbs balsamic vinegar.
