The X Factor 2010: Week 9 X Factor Song Choices for Club Classics Week Theme

This week the last five contestants will do battle in the penultimate week of the X Factor to see who’s vocals will grace the stage in the grand final.

Louis Walsh has confirmed that four acts will compete in the final. In previous years, three remaining hopefuls have gone head-to-head in a bid to be crowned the series winner.

However, speaking on RTÉ Radio One, Louis revealed that this week will only see one of the remaining five acts exit the competition.
Matt Cardle, Cher Lloyd, Rebecca Ferguson, Mary Byrne and One Direction will all compete in this weekend’s semi-final and will be singing two songs once again.

This week’s theme is club classis and a song of the contestants choice that they thing might get them through to the finals.

The list below is the song choices we know off so far. It will be updated as we get more information through out the week:

Mary Byrne

  2. it doesnt matter if she wins or not, she will get a contract whatever happens even if she goes out… i cant see her doing a cheryl cole song tho and cheryl wouldnt let her because all simon will say is that you are trying to change her into you and it wouldnt suite cher at all not for her voice… i heard she is doing time after time for the club classic and cheryl’s fight for this love isnt a club classic….
