Masterchef winner Simon Wood Lemon showcase his winning dish of posset with burnt grapefruit recipe on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300ml double cream, 100g golden caster sugar, Zest and juice 2 lemons (reserve the zest for garnish), 1 pink grapefruit, segmented, Pistachios, 75g Sugar, Splash of Limoncello and edible flowers to decorate (nasturtiums, apple blossom and borage leaves).
