MasterChef kicks off on our screens tonight for series 11 and the show gets a slightly new format for 2015.

The introduction of the Reinvention Test, where the hopefuls are given the main ingredient from their Calling Card Dish and told to prepare an entirely different meal, will prove a creative challenge for some of the 40 chefs taking part in the show this year.

Gregg Wallace and John Torode return to host the series and push the contestants to their limits. The ones that impress the judges, and get through another two-course challenge, will make it into the quarter finals, and at the end of the gruelling seven weeks, the 2015’s champion will be crowned.
