Gino’s herb sauce with potato rosti recipe for for brinner on This Morning

Gino D’Acampo serves up poached eggs and smoked salmon with herb sauce and potato rosti for brinner on This Morning.

The ingredients for the herb sauce: 300ml double cream, 2 shallots, peeled and roughly chopped, 25g flat leaf parsley, 20g tarragon, 20g dill and Salt and freshly ground white pepper.

For the rosti: 2 large Maris piper potatoes, about 600g, 100ml vegetable oil, Salt and freshly ground white pepper and 6 very fresh medium sized eggs.
