Tom Jones cooks a tasty beef burger with cheddar and strawberry chilli jam on Mel and Sue.
The ingredients for the chilli jam: 1 x jar of good strawberry jam and 1 x medium sized red chilli with seeds, finely chopped.
For the dill pickle courgettes: 2 large courgettes (Or cucumbers), sliced thinly, salt, 440g brown sugar, 500ml white wine vinegar and 2tbsp dried dill.
For the twice cooked chips: 4-6 Maris piper potatoes, washed and sliced thinly and Sunflower oil to deep fry.
For the burger: 1kg native breed beef mince, 200G Snowdonia black bomber cheddar (or a mild strength cheddar), Olive oil, wild rocket and 4 Brioche buns.
