James Martin Pheasant Kiev recipe on Saturday Kitchen

James Martin serves up Pheasant Kiev with broad beans, peas, tarragon and cobnut salad for food heaven on Saturday Kitchen.

James says: “Make your own butter to infuse with garlic and stuff into the ultimate Kiev for amazing flavours.”

The ingredient for the dressing are: 30g ready-made French dressing, 30g clear honey, 30ml white balsamic vinegar, 500ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp diced shallot, ½ garlic clove, sliced, 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley leaves, 1 tsp chopped fresh chives, 1 tsp chopped fresh basil leaves and 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves.
