Gino serves up pan fried chicken with pomegranate and cous cous for the festive season on Let’s Do Christmas Lunch.

The ingredients are: 1 chicken breast, skinless, 1 tsp olive oil, 75g cous cous, Juice and zest one orange, 25g dried cranberries, 2tbsp olive oil, 75ml boiling water, Seeds from half a pomegranate, 1 tbsp chopped mint and 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
