Gino D’Acampo pimped up mince pies recipe for vegans on Let’s Do Christmas

Gino D’Acampo makes pimped up mince pies for the festive season on Let’s Do Christmas with Gino and Mel that are suitable for vegans.

The ingredients are: 250g plain flour, 110g icing sugar, Zest of 1 orange, 110g margarine, 12 large tbps of mincemeat (most are suitable for vegans), 1 sheet of filo pastry, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 figs, 30g hazelnuts, roughly chopped, 1 tbsp red current jelly and Icing sugar for dusting.
