Tom Kerridge makes fish burger with mackerel, pollack and lobster recipe on Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food.
Tom made his dish on the barbecue grill on the beachside as part of his outdoor food cooking theme.
Tom says: “The mackerel is really important for this dish but if you can’t get any use herring or sardines or any fish that is high in oil. Also use prawns or Cray fish instead of for a cheaper alternative to the lobster.”
