Simon says: “Make these easy homemade sausage rolls for a bonfire night party.”

The ingredients are: 30g butter, 100g button mushrooms, finely chopped, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce, 1 tbsp dried thyme, 450g sausage meat, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 450g ready-rolled puff pastry and 1 free-range egg, beaten.
