Egg curry with steamed tapioca and coconut dish on The Spice Trip

Stevie Parle and Emma Grazette visit the southern Indian state of Kerala on The Spice Trip, where many families grow cinnamon trees in their gardens and use the spice with fish, fruit and curries.

The visited a family in the region where a local lady Krishna, made a egg curry with steamed tapioca and coconut dish that is one of the traditional dishes in the region.

The dish is served with a coconut chutney with green chillies on a banana leaf.
