Steve Parle serves up a prawns with cinnamon, chillies and tomatoes dish in five minutes in India on The Spice Trip.
Stevie says: “This popular South Indian dish can be made with fish, clams or mussels. You must add the spices quickly into the hot oil to make sure they are heated in the right way. The order in which you add them into the pan is therefore quite important.”
The ingredients and order are: Olive oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies, cinnamon, prawns, salt ginger, tomatoes and fresh coriander leafs.
