Brian Turner serves up barbecued quail with rosemary, pearl barley and micro herb salad dish on A Taste Of Britain.

Brian got his inspiration for the dish after a visit to Highfield Farm in Norfolk where they raise quails.

The dish was Brian’s celebratory cook that is a tribute to the produce he discovered on his tour with Janet Street-Porter of Norfolk county.
