Gino cooks slow roasted belly of pork with creamy cannellini beans on Let’s Do Lunch.

The ingredients are: 2kg belly pork, rind left on and scored, bones removed, 1 potato cut into 1 cm rings, Salt, 4 heads of red chicory, 100ml stock, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp grated parmesan, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tbsp finely chopped sage, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 x 400g tins cannellini beans, 1 tbsp thyme leaves, 100ml stock, veg or chicken, 2 tbsp mascarpone and Salt and pepper.
