Theo Randall served up a tasty lobster spaghettini with carrots and leek on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 x 1kg lobster, cooked, 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped, 2 peeled carrots, roughly chopped, 1 leek, washed and roughly chopped, 10g flatleaf parsley, leaves and stalks separated and chopped, 500ml hot water, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, finely sliced, 400g tomato passata, 400g spaghettini, 1 small red chilli, finely chopped, 2 sprigs fresh thyme, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
