Michel Roux Jr makes a delicious looking chocolate mousse with salted caramel sauce on Food and Drink.

Michel says: “Chocolate mousse is very easy to make and this version only needs an hour to chill before serving. It really is the dessert that will bring a big smile to your face.”

The ingredients for the caramel are: 100g sugar, 2 tbsp golden syrup, 2tbsp water, 30g unsalted butter, 80ml double cream and half tsp sea salt.
