Gino D’Acampo pimped up hot dogs with Wasabi mayo and crispy seaweed recipe on Let’s Do Lunch

Gino D’Acampo make pimped up hot dogs on Let’s Do Lunch with Melanie Sykes.

The ingredients are: 9 of your favourite sausages and 6 hot dog buns.

Sweet and sour onions, bacon and lettuce: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 red onion finely sliced, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 6 rashers of streaky bacon, 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered and 1 baby gem lettuce.

Chilli dog: 6 tbsp chilli con carne, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1⁄2 ripe avocado, thinly sliced and Salt and pepper.

Wasabi mayo with crispy seaweed: 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp wasabi paste, 3 savoy cabbage leaves, 1⁄2 tsp table salt, 1⁄2 tsp light brown sugar and Vegetable oil for frying.
