Michel Roux Jr and guest chef Ken Hom, makes their version of fast food – quick orange and lemon chicken with perfect steamed rice and stir-fried Chinese greens – on Food & Drink.
Michel says: “Orange and lemon zest give a zingy flavour to this chicken stir fry, served with garlicky Chinese greens and rice. It takes as long to cook as heating up a family size ready meal.”
The ingredients are: 1tsp Shaoxing Rice Wine (or Dry Cherry), 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce, 450g diced chicken breast, 2tbsp cornflour, 400ml long grain white rice, 1tbsp groundnut oil, garlic clove, pinch salt and pepper, 750g Chinese greens, 2tsp sesame oil and 2tbsp chopped coriander.
