Gino posh chicken kebab recipe on Let’s Do Lunch with Mel and Alan Carr

Gino cooks posh chicken kebab with chilli dressing on Let’s Do Lunch with Mel and today’s guest Alan Carr.

The ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 Babybel, diced (optional).

For the onions salad: 1⁄2 red onions finely sliced and 50ml orange juice.

For the chilli dressing: 4 tbsp thick yogurt, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, A few drops of Tabasco, Iceberg lettuce finely shredded, Parsley leaves and 2 flat breads.
