Tom Kerridge served up a tasty rouille (garlic infused saffron mayonnaise) on Tom Kerridge Sunday Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2 egg yolks, 2 grated cloves of garlic, pinch of saffron and cayenne pepper, juice of 1 lemon, salt and olive oil.
