Simon Rimmer Banana Pancakes With Hazelnut Sauce, Strawberries and Blueberries recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up delicious Banana Pancakes With Hazelnut Sauce, Strawberries and Blueberries on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 200g self raising flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 50g sugar, 1 mashed banana, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg, 250ml buttermilk and 50g melted butter.

For the Sauce: 200g Nutella, 200ml cream and 50g toasted hazelnuts, chopped.

To serve: 2 sliced bananas, Handful blueberries and 12 halved strawberries.

Dust with icing sugar.
