Clodagh McKenna sticky cinnamon buns with pecans and maple syrup recipe

Clodagh McKenna served up tasty sticky cinnamon buns with pecans and maple syrup on this morning.

The ingredients are: 450g plain flour, 50g caster sugar, 7g easy bake yeast, 85g unsalted butter, chilled, 1 tsp sea salt, 2 eggs, 150ml milk and Oil for oiling the bowl.

For the filling: 100g pecans, 85g brown sugar, 2 tsp ground cinnamon and 50g butter, melted.

For the topping: 100g pecans, chopped, 100g butter, melted, 50g brown sugar and 125ml maple syrup.
