James Martin Diane sauce with veal stock and brandy recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty Sirloin steak with Diane sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the sauce are: 200g chestnut mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 shallot, peeled and diced, 1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced, 50ml brandy, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 100ml veal or beef stock, 50ml double cream, Few sprigs of tarragon and Knob butter.

For the steak: 2x 150g sirloin steaks, 15ml veg oil and Salt and pepper.
