Georgina Hayden midweek moussaka with salad recipe on this morning

Georgina Hayden served up a tasty midweek moussaka with salad on this morning.

The ingredients are: 700g potatoes, 4 aubergines, 2 courgettes, Olive oil, 3 onions, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1½ tsp dried oregano, 600g mince of your choice (Georgina uses a mixture of beef and pork), 2 tbsp tomato puree, 200ml red wine, 40um passata, 1 bay leaf, 1 stick of cinnamon , Sea salt and freshly ground, 1L milk, 100g butter, 125g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 100g Pecorino or Kefalotyri cheese, Nutmeg, for grating and 3 eggs.
