Gino D’acampo served up a spicy killer spaghetti dish – spaghetti all’assassina (Assassin’s Spaghetti) – on Gino’s Italy: Secrets of the South.
The ingredients include: tomato paste (use in boiling water to create a stock), garlic, chilli flakes or fresh chillies, tomato sauce, spaghetti and olive oil.
Salad to serve.
