Gennaro Contaldo served up a easy Parmesan gnocchi with a garlic, tomato and basil sauce on Jamie’s 5 Ingredients Meals.

The ingredients are: 2 cloves of garlic, 1 x 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 handful of fresh basil leaves , plus extra to serve, 1 cup of Tipo 00 or plain flour , plus extra for dusting and 50 g Parmesan cheese , plus extra to serve.

From the pantry: extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
