James Martin served up delicious meringue kisses with lemon verbena and a strawberry and raspberry sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 6 egg whites, 180g caster sugar, 180g icing sugar, sieved and 200g chopped strawberries, raspberries or cherries.

For the sauce: 200g strawberries, hulled and 100g raspberries.

To finish: 300ml double cream, whipped and Few sprigs of lemon verbena.
