Jose Pizarro served up a tasty zorongollo tapas roast vegetable salad on toast on Jamie’s 5 Ingredients Meals.

The ingredients are: 3 large red peppers, 2 large tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 free-range eggs and 8 small or 4 large slices of bread.

From the pantry: olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
