Joseph’s spicy stuffed pasta shells with arrabbiata sauce recipe on This Morning

Joseph Denison Carey served up spicy stuffed pasta shells with ricotta, mascarpone cheese, spinach and arrabbiata sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g large pasta shells.

For the filling: 250g spinach, 250g ricotta, 250g mascarpone, Salt, to taste and Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste (approximately 1½ tsp).

For the sauce: 2 onions, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, sliced, 1 tsp chilli flakes, Olive oil, for frying, 2 tbsp tomato puree, About 400ml water, Salt, to taste and Parmesan, to finish.
