Simon Rimmer served up a tasty pork chops with green beans and anchovies on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 x thick cut pork chops, fat snipped, 650g fine beans, 2 cloves garlic, 6 salted anchovy fillets, 2 preserved lemons, chopped, 40g grain mustard, 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar, 150g walnuts, 175ml rapeseed oil and Chopped parsley.
